If you submitted a questionnaire as a prospective Participant, you will receive an email with instructions on signing up for a Clinic Participant appointment. In the meantime, please consider any additional questions you may have for Clinic volunteers. Thank you again for your service to the community.

Prospective Volunteers:

We appreciate your generous offer of your time to the first responder community. We couldn't do this without you. We will coordinate your volunteer form responses with the schedule and get back to you by email with information about the role and shift assignment.
